VIC education and careers landscape

Victoria will bolster its reputation as the education star with the implementation of a collaboration between Tech Schools and the CSIRO. This will offer students a premium STEM education to prepare for the future workforce.

First year students at Victoria University will experience a block model style of learning, where they will study one subject at a time over a three to four-week period. This is a first for an Australian university and is designed to build a sense of belonging and learning gain.

Stages of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) continue to roll our nation-wide, providing a steady increase of jobs in the health and aged are sector, a theme examined in the upcoming 2018 edition of The Good Careers Guide.

To learn more about the education and careers landscape in Victoria, as well as on a national scale, ensure you attend the Melbourne ACS Seminar.
