Sasha’s passion is Personal Development and informed Career Development, which assists others to reach their full potential. As an advocate of real world experience, he seeks out every opportunity to connect education with industry, so that people can be as informed as possible when making career choices.
Since 2014, Sasha has focused with conviction on the promotion and expansion of entrepreneurship and business as a credible and achievable career pathway for young and ‘older’ alike. Sasha is founder of Boss Camp, Futurepreneurs Launchpad, Socialpreneurs Launchpad and EntrepreTour, businesses and programs dedicated to providing inspiration, hands on experience and connections essential for pathways into entrepreneurship and enterprise. Over 4000 people have participated in these programs with hundreds of authentic entrepreneurial speakers and mentors working shoulder to shoulder with Sasha to share knowledge and their stories with others.
In 2016, the Startup Adelaide Community recognised Sasha as ‘Mentor of the Year’ for supporting and mentoring so many people to start their own self-employment, consultancies and/or businesses. Sasha thrives on seeing others succeed and believes that mentors should provide more than just advice, and go beyond by opening doors and making valuable connections for their mentees.
